During the Zoom call you will receive homework, to allow changes for your future which will be full of happiness for yourself. Most people feel hot, or tingling, or a calming feeling come over them, once all the emotions have been released.
It doesn't matter how painful memories are, they are an important part of releasing trauma, which is held within your field. We talk about how this will impact your future, with love.
